The above mentioned rates are valid per apartment with an occupancy of 4 persons in the apartment Malerwinkel and 3 persons in the apartment Nationalpark.
In the apartment Malerwinkel you have the possibility to host up to 6 persons:

The prices for the FORSTHAUS MALERWINKEL are per apartment per day excluding tourist´s local tax for all guests over 6 years of age.

We charge a fixed price of € 270,00 for final cleaning per apartement.

We kindly offer you a laundry service for the following conditions:

Towels – 1x shower towel and 1x small towel per person €9,-
Bed linen – per person € 11,-

Prices are per person and stay.
If you prefer you also can bring your own laundry.

Terms of payment: 30% upfront payment due at booking / 70% at the latest 10 days before arrival.

We accept (SEPA) bank transfers, PayPal payments and Cash.

Cancellation fees according to the General Business Conditions of the Austrian Hotel industry:

  • Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival: Free of charge.
  • Cancellation fee from 3 months until latest 1 month before the booked arrival date: 40% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation fee from 1 month until lastest 1 week before the booked arrival date: 70% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation fee less than 1 week before the booked arrival date: 90% of the total booking amount.
